About QLL
Qatar Little League, a youth sports volunteer organization, has been a fixture for 20 years in the Doha community. In previous seasons we have registered over 300 players from more than 20 countries, Qatar Little League allows children, ages 4-18, to play and enjoy the games of baseball and softball. Supporting Qatar Little League is an excellent opportunity to impact the lives hundreds of young children and families.
Qatar Little League relies exclusively on volunteers for its governance and operations. We have been fortunate to have over 50 parents and community members volunteer each year to coach, officiate, and organize our baseball and softball activities throughout the year.
For a number of years, we have sent teams, both softball and baseball to participate in regional tournaments in Bahrain, Kuwait and Dubai. Recently we sent a team of 13-15 year old boys to The Bangkok Christmas Classic in Bangkok, Thailand. The boys brought back the gold and won the Home Run Derby (Gavin Klennert) and the Base Run Race (Vaughn Miller, Linden Miller, Christian Agnew and Masa Furukawa). Good job boys!
The Qatar Little League is a great organization with a program designed to encourage youth to grow and develop through baseball and softball by espousing the virtues of character, courage, and loyalty. We work hard at every practice and game to instill in our players the lifelong skills of teamwork and sportsmanship.
We are Qatar's Little League!
